Parents or their agents seeking the Joint Case Management consultation services, recognising that family situations involving parental alienation (PA) are complex and may require integrated services.
Joint Case Management assists parents to assess the directions their case has taken, how they influenced the current outcomes and possible new strategies and directions.
The consultation includes reporting and informing them and their nominated legal counsel of the assessment outcomes and referral options.
Consultation may also consider whether their matter is suitable for remediating alienated parent-child relationships and managing assessment, referrals and remediations. Consultation and assessment rely on information provided by the client.
Joint Case Management supports parents to project manage integrated disciplines and services that may include intake procedures and comprehensive information about remediations including the Family BridgesTM workshop and After-Care Protocol (FBWTM+ACP), and other services, when assessment considers it appropriate.
